Great Lakes & West Central Regional Youth Event

July 17 - 20, 2024

Augustana College, Rock Island IL 

Youth Participants will have completed 6-12 grade prior to GLWCRYE. One Adult/Group Leader is required for every 1-5 youth participants attending.

Registration Fee includes programming, t-shirt, 9 meals, double occupancy housing Wednesday night through Friday night, sheets and towels. 

(participant must bring pillow and blanket)

Meals provided start with dinner on Wednesday July 17 and go through lunch on Saturday July 20.

Early Bird through March 31, 2024 $200 per person

Regular Registration April 1 - May 15, 2024 $250 per person

Late Registration May 16 - June 15, 2024 $300 per person

Registration closes June 15, 2024

Dorm rooms on campus will be used for housing youth and adult leaders.  Youth rooms are all double occupancy.  Adult rooms will be assigned single occupancy as long as rooms are available.

Youth housing assignments will take into account gender identity, age, and local church group as applicable.

Youth Registration is contingent on completing the following forms.

Cancellation Policy

Terms: There is a $ 50 non-refundable processing fee for all registrations.

To receive a partial refund, cancellations must be submitted by group leader in writing to Registrar Jenn Ringgold, glwcrye2024@gmail.com and confirmed before June 30.

Substitutions of any gender may be made up until June 15 for a participant who must cancel. Substitutions of same gender (due to housing assignments) may be made up until June 30 for a participant who must cancel.

Submit the names to RYE Registrar Jenn Ringgold, glwcrye2024@gmail.com in writing.

Refunds (minus the $50 processing fee) will be made for cancellations submitted and confirmed before June 30.

Cancellations made on June 30 or after will not be refunded.
